OCBC Cycle Malaysia 2013: Cycle Pack Collection Details

Dear BESKALMADU,  

Cycle Pack Collection for OCBC Cycle Malaysia 2013 will be as follows:

  

Venue	Operating Hours
The Intermark, Jalan Tun Razak	Friday, 18 January - 10am to 9pm
	Saturday, 19 January - 10am to 9pm

  

When collecting your Cycle Pack(s), please be advised that participants MUST provide the following documents: 

• A copy of the registration confirmation slip
• Identity Card, Passport or Driving License
• Authorization Form (For bulk collection of 5 or more cycle packs only) 

For collection on behalf of other participants, the following documents will be required:

• Completed authorization form (Click HERE to download the authorization form)
• A copy of the registration confirmation slip of the participant you are collecting for
• Photocopy of the Identity Card, Passport or Driving License of the participant you are collecting on behalf of. (No photo imaging of the above will be accepted)

You are advised to collect your Cycle Pack during non-peak hours to avoid the crowd and long waiting time.

For all Saturday events, Cycle Pack (s) must be collected at least two (2) hours before the respective flag off. NO LATE collection will be accepted 

and uncollected Cycle Pack(s) after 19th January 2013 will be deemed unwanted. The Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute 

them accordingly.
